Subaccounts

Subaccounts offer a means by which the data sets of one user can be made available to other users of our system. For example, the team scout or performance analyst might be responsible for managing and uploading a team’s files, and those data sets could be made available for analysis by the coaches or other team staff.

1. Creating a subaccount

Go to any of our apps — for example, the setting distribution app. In the top-right corner, click “Login” and then create a new login. This will be the subaccount login:

2. Linking subaccounts to a main account

Now log in as the main account user. In the top-right, click “Subscription and details” and then “Manage subaccounts”:

Add the subaccount email address(es). If your main account subscription allows it, you will also have the option here of selecting which data sets the subaccounts have access to (not shown here). Hit “Save”:

3. Success!

Now when the subaccount user logs in, they should see that their subscription type is “subaccount” (top-right corner), and the data sets of the primary account holder will now also be visible to the subaccount user.
